SANTA COMES TO COMRIE’S HOUSE

During the Christmas Season Santa and his helpers paid a visit to many houses leaving presents for all of Gods Children not least of all to John & Charlotte Comrie’s house, our Scottish West Region’s Chairman. He was delighted to welcome them with open arms giving them hot pies and refreshments. Santa,(from the Airdrie & District Round Table) parked his sleigh in John’s driveway to enable his helpers to take pictures of the spectacular lighting display that had taken John and his helpers 2 months to complete.

Four days earlier on a wet 1st of December evening the lighting display was switched on to the delight of their Grandchildren Imogene & Mason and many other local children and their parents who had gathered for the yearly event, this was a party atmosphere and was enjoyed by all, juice and crisps are handed out to all the children and winter to the adults. During the Festive Season they raised £452.00 for their local School Nursery and the Hearing Dogs for the Deaf and to top it all they were nominated and won first place in North Lanarkshire’s best decorated House Festive Light Competition.
