BATD Students Win at TDCI
Congratulations to all of the BATD Representatives at the recent TDCI Scholarships this August in Blackpool. This competition was of a high standard and the BATD students certainly did us proud.
Master classes were given in Ballet, Tap and Modern with strong representation from all associations. I must say however all of the BATD students were of a high standard and clearly rose to the top. Representatives were from both the UK and NA in all sections, what a great turnout.
The stars certainly shone that day and I am pleased to announce our winners.
Junior Tap Winner: Madeliene Clarke
Junior Modern Winner: Amy Hnatyszyn
Senior Modern Winner: Lauren Griffin
Junior Ballet Runner Up: Ebony Kitts
Senior Ballet Runner Up: Anne Marie Laramee (Canada)
To all of our UK & NA candidates, everyone at the BATD are very proud of your accomplishments. Best Wishes for the dance future.
